Quotes are estimates
Offers shown on this site are estimates based on the device details you provide and current market pricing. The final payout is confirmed after physical inspection.
Quote validity
Quotes are held for 14 days from submission. After that, pricing may be recalculated at current market rates.
Ownership and identification
You confirm you are the lawful owner of any device you sell. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every purchase, as required by Texas law.
Inspection
We may adjust or decline an offer if the device condition, model, storage or carrier differs from what was described, or if activation lock cannot be removed.
Payment
Payment is issued once inspection is complete, by cash, Zelle, Cash App or store credit. Store credit bonuses apply only to in-store purchases.
Mail-in sales
Devices sent by mail remain your property until we accept them. If you decline our revised offer we return the device at no cost to you.
